Spotted Dog Properties, Inc. is a local real estate investment firm that has a large marketing campaign. We bring in a large number of good leads. We deal in a lot of REO's and short sales.  We cannot buy them all. We are looking for qualified buyers  who are local rehabbers and landlords to buy these houses we do not close on. They will have roughly 40% equity after repairs, and/or be able to positive cash flow $150 to $200 per month. You must have experience in rehabbing, you must be a cash buyer, and you must be able to close in days. Some of the properties will be delivered in a land trust or formed entity. We will not sell these kinds of properties to beginners!
