We recognize that as wholesalers, rehabbers and property managers, our activites and those of our buyers, tenants, tenant/buyers, and private lenders will have an enormous impact in and on our community and it's citizens, many of whom do not understand the nature of our business. We will educate anyone who has the honest desire to learn about wholesaling, rehabbing, renting, rent-to-own, and private money mortgages - including students, colleuages, the media, and local authorities - about the value that wholesalers and investors bring to the community and the ecomomy. We are commited to working only with experienced, ethical buyers who have the experience and desire to turn our deals into quality rental housing or quality housing for home buyers. We are proud to hold up our business dealings to the light of scrutiny by anyone.

We recognize that the foundation of our business is in buying homes from sellers who have pressing problems that motivate them to sell us at better-than-retail price and terms. We are always aware of the sensitive human factor involved in buying investement real estate, and honor our sellers with complete honesty and respect. We do what we promise and fufill our commitments with integrity. We exercise creativity in attempting to solve their problems. We never close a deal with a seller who is not completely satisfied with the outcome. Every seller who contacts is more educated and better off for having done so, even when we are not personally able to buy their property.

 We recognize that our investor/buyers look to us for opportunities to build their own financial independance through real estate investing, and are always, and are always completey honest about our estimation of a wholesale property's possibilities and limitations. We only sell properties to individuals who, in our estimation, can profit from them due to their resources, education, and experience. We encourage them to perform their own due diligence on every deal, as we are human and therefore fallible. We follow through with additional education and support with our investor/buyers after the sale.

 We recognize that our employees are the backbone of our business, and we respect and recognize their contributions and allow them to continually innovate, create, and achieve. We provide opportunites for fun and enjoyment, as well as for advancement. We recognize that the goal of our partners and private lenders is to become finacially independant. We believe that financial independance is a worthy and repestable goal, and work hard to help them reach it in ways that are ethical, and fair to all.
